One of the best parts about putting together Wellapalooza Integrative Health and Wellness Conferences are working with local businesses,  other organizations and companies in the broader health and wellness community.

We’ve already received incredible response and interest in becoming a Wellapalooza sponsor, partner and/or vendor; however, we wanted to share a bit more about how you can help us continue to grow Wellapalooza beyond our November 14th, 2015 event.

Wellapalooza believes in working closely with the businesses and organizations within the local communities where we hold conferences, as well as the broader health and wellness community. Working together allows us to bring the best options, resources and information to Wellapalooza attendees. We welcome offers for donations, sponsorships and partnerships. Simply, because we are stronger together. All donations in the form of sponsorships or partnerships, will include company name and links(s) on the Wellapalooza website, social media sites and on other marketing and PR promotions for Wellapalooza conferences. Wellapalooza 2016 destination conference will have the opportunity for vendor tables. More details will be announced in the next few months and once we confirm our venue.

What is the difference between Wellapalooza sponsor and partner donations, and are vendor tables available?
Wellapalooza 2015 has already started working with some amazing local and online companies and organizations. Because we do not have the space for vendor tables at our one day Wellapalooza conference on November 14th, 2015, we have designed the following levels of partnerships.

November 1st – Wella Support Sponsor, Wella Partner and Future of Wella Partner

November 7th – Team Wella and Friend of Wella Sponsors

November 13th – Team Wella Sponsors that do not include company name and/or logo printed on Wellapalooza 2015 conference materials.
No deadline – Future of Wella Partner donations that do not include company name and logo printed on Wellapalooza 2015 conference materials

*** Note: Please make sure to provide company name, contact information, website, and if you prefer your company name to be printed with or without a logo. All logos must be sent via email with copyright permission to: kendra@wellapalooza.com. If logos are either not emailed by deadline, or not sent with copyright permission, they will not be printed. All sponsor and partner donations will receive a follow-up email that includes donation amount or the name of goods or services provided, pertinent company information and statement of receipt on behalf of Wellapalooza.
